As an expanding company, I would need to find a great way of solving the accounting department’s problem of lagging and delayed payments. I have had quite a number of complaints from my suppliers that they have not yet received their statements for the previous months. This is critical for my small company since I would have to depend on these suppliers for my raw materials. Losing them is a serious problem.

This is the reason why I had to invest on accounting programs and bulk blank business checks on top supplies in order to speed up the process of check payments. I would not want to experience having to converse with another supplier again because of delayed payments. This way, I can simply focus on improving my enterprise and focus on increasing my market share. As an entrepreneur, accounting and payment must be the least of my worries.
