I have decided to transfer to another company after working for five years with my current one. I decided I needed to get a big change to happen to my career, and with promotions far too slow where I work, I decided to jump to another bandwagon. My new company offered better benefits, a great compensation package and a higher position than the current one I am holding.

As a parting gift, one of my colleagues gave me a gift pen and pencil set. Since in the office we only use company issued pens bearing the company logo, this would be perfect to use once I move to my new office. I will really miss everyone, but I need to let go if I intend to pursue better opportunities for my own career.
